Kicking off in England, Caitlin Foord and Steph Catley's Arsenal recorded a narrow 1-0 win over Courtney Nevin and Remy Siemsen's Leicester City.
The Gunners had the chance to open the scoring from the spot after Katie McCabe was brought down in the box inside the opening 10 minutes, McCabe's attempt was saved by Janina Leitzig to send the game into the break locked at 0-0.
Frida Maanum scored the matchwinner in the 64th minute to clinch a crucial win for Arsenal as they chase a UWCL spot for next season. Catley came off the bench in the 58th minute but only saw 16 minutes of action after being forced off due to an injury.
Nevin played the whole game for the Foxes, fresh off being nominated for WSL Player of the Month. Siemsen came off the bench, while Foord did not feature in the matchday squad.
Meanwhile, Kyah Simon's Tottenham Hotspur faced a 3-0 defeat to ladder leaders Manchester United, with gold to Leah Galton, Alessia Russo and Nikita Parris sealing all three points for Marc Skinner's side.
Mackenzie Arnold's West Ham United faced a 1-0 defeat to Lydia Williams' Brighton & Hove Albion, Arnold did well to deny the Seagulls from opening the scoring in the first half, but a header from close range to Kayleigh Green gave the hosts all three points. Williams was initially named in the Starting XI but was replaced after suffering an injury during warm-ups.
Mary Fowler, Hayley Raso and Alanna Kennedy's Manchester City suffered a 2-1 defeat to Liverpool, with this loss seeing Chelsea overtake them on the ladder.
Natasha Dowie opened the scoring for the hosts before Lauren Hemp made it 1-1 for City heading into the break. Liverpool scored the matchwinner early in the second half with Missy Bo Kearns adding her name to the scoresheet.

Raso came off the bench but was unable to help her side claw back an equaliser. Fowler and Kennedy were not in the matchday squad.
Emily Gielnik's Aston Villa broke their three-game unbeaten streak with a dominant 5-0 display over last-place Reading FC.
A hat trick to Rachel Daly and goals to Alisha Lehmann and Kirsty Hanson sealed the victory for Carla Ward's side.
Lastly, Sam Kerr's Chelsea recorded an impressive 7-0 win over Clare Wheeler's Everton, with the Blues keeping in touch with Manchester United at the top of the table.
Both Australians lined up on either side, with Kerr's Chelsea getting off to the perfect start through Guro Reiten. Kerr added her name to the scoresheet to double Chelsea's advantage before the half-hour mark, her last action of the game as she was forced off with an injury.

Pernille Harder came off the bench and made an immediate impact, with Sohpie Ingle and Jessie Fleming also finding the back of the net in the first half to send the Blues into the break up 5-0.
Another goal for Harder in the second half and a 92nd-minute strike from Erin Cuthbert gave Chelsea all three points. Emma Hayes talked after the game about Kerr's substitution, confirming the early exit was a precautionary measure after a leg cramp.
France
Over in France, Ellie Carpenter played her part as Lyon beat Dijon 3-0, moving them three points clear at the top of the table.
Defender Vanessa Gilles opened the scoring for Lyon in the opening 10 minutes of the game before Carpenter set up Vicki Becho Desbonne for Lyon's second to take a 2-0 lead into the break.
Ada Hegerberg came off the bench and scored Lyon's third to seal all three points, with PSG being held to a 0-0 draw, Lyon moves three points clear of their rivals.
USA
Moving over to the USA, Emily Van Egmond's San Diego Wave FC suffered another defeat, going down 3-1 to Washington Spirit.
Goals to Spirit's Trinity Rodman, Ashley Sanchez and Paige Metayer gave the hosts a 3-0 lead before Alex Morgan clawed a goal back in the last minute of regular time.
Casey Stoney's side suffers back-to-back defeats, looking to get back into the winner's circle when they travel to Kansas next weekend. Van Egmond did not feature in the defeat to Spirit.
Meanwhile, Alex Chidiac's Racing Louisville went down 1-0 to the Orlando Pride, with Messiah Bright's goal the difference between the two sides.
Chidiac came off the bench in the 46th minute to replace Kayla Fischer.
Sweden
In Sweden, Teagan Micah's FC Rosengård made it three consecutive wins after 2-0 win overKristianstads DFF.
Olivia Schough's brace in the second half gave Rosengård all three points.
Meanwhile, Clare Polkinghorne, Katrina Gorry and Charli Grant's Vittsjö GIK made it three consecutive wins with a 1-0 victory over IK Uppsala.
Grant picked up the assist on the matchwinner, setting up Hanna Ekengren, who scored her second goal of the season. Gorry and Grant both started for Vittsjö GIK, returning to the Starting XI after missing their last game while Polkinghorne did not feature.
Lastly, a top-of-the-table clash saw Kyra Cooney-Cross' Hammarby suffer their first defeat of the season with a 1-0 loss to Aivi Luik's BK Häcken.
Cooney-Cross and Luik played the whole game for their respective clubs, with a 39th-minute matchwinner from Rosa Kafaji the difference between the two sides.
Norway
Our last stop takes us to Norway, where Tameka Yallop and Larissa Crummer's SK Brann suffered back-to-back defeats after a 2-1 loss to Røa IL.
Røa sealed the win thanks to a double to Tuva Espås, with Brann clawing back a goal through Karoline Haugland. Crummer came off the bench in the 61st minute, while Yallop did not feature.
