FA Cup Semi-Finals
Brighton & Hove Albion will head to Wembley for the first time in club history after defeating Liverpool 3-2 in dramatic circumstances. A 95th minute goal for Nadine Noordam proved the winner as the Seagulls came from behind to scrape past a determined Liverpool. Charlie Rule played the full match at right-back for Brighton.
Manchester City came back from two goals down to defeat Chelsea 3-2 after extra time. Erin Cuthbert scored in the first half for Chelsea before Sam Kerr made it two in the second. However, the Champions were never likely to go away. Mary Fowler pulled one back in the 86th minute before Khadija Shaw equalised in stoppage time. Then, in the first-half of extra time, it was Shaw again who scored the winner for City.
Fowler came off the bench only moments before scoring her first goal back in City colours since her ACL injury. Kerr started for Chelsea, while Ellie Carpenter played the full 120 minutes.
