Mackenzie Arnold been shortlisted for the FIFPro Women's World 11 for the second consecutive year, being named on the 26-player list by FIFPro overnight.
This marks the second consecutive year that Arnold has been shortlisted for the award and her second nomination for the award voted by the players.

FIFPRO announced the 26-player shortlist overnight, with over 7,000 women’s footballers casting their votes for their team of the year.
The FIFPRO Women’s World 11 squad consists of the best 26 women’s players based on their performances during the period from 21 August 2023 to 10 August 2024 inclusive. Players must have appeared in at least 20 official matches during that period.
The 11 players from the shortlist who receive the most votes in their position are then selected for the World 11, which will be revealed on Monday 9 December via FIFPRO’s digital platforms.

Arnold has been named alongside two former winners of the award, Olympique Lyonnais' Christiane Endler who has claimed the award three times in the 2020, 2021 & 2022 seasons and Mary Earps who rounds out the list of goalkeepers nominated. The England international is the reigning winner of the award after being named in the squad for the first time in the 2023 season.
