Sweden
Charli Grant made her starting debut for Malmö FF as a right-back in their comprehensive 4-0 victory against Växjö DFF. Amy Sayer picked up an assist as she started in midfield, while Courtney Nevin started on the left side of defence.

FC Rosengård fell to a 1-0 defeat against top-of-the-table BK Häcken. Remy Siemsen started up top for Rosengård while Izzy Gomez and Bryleeh Henry were second-half substitutes. The result leaves Rosengård six points from safety in the league.
United States
Gotham FC and Portland Thorns played out a 1-1 draw in the NWSL. Jaedyn Shaw scored for Gotham before Sophia Wilson equalised for the Thorns with a penalty. Sam Kerr started up top for Gotham while Mackenzie Arnold was in goal for the Thorns. Gotham are five points clear on top of the table while Portland are fifth, only two points from second.
Germany
A late goal rescued a draw for Eintracht Frankfurt, the match finishing 1-1 with FC Nürnberg in the Frauen-Bundesliga. Jamilla Rankin made her starting debut for the club at left-back, playing the whole game, while Hayley Raso started and played 45 minutes.
Italy
AS Roma were defeated 1-0 by Sassuolo in Round 2 of the Serie A Cup. Wini Heatley started for Roma, winning all her aerial duels, but it was not enough to secure victory. The result means that Roma will be unable to top their group and advance to the next stage.
Alex Chidiac played 80 minutes as Como were defeated 1-0 by defending trophy holders Juventus. Her passing accuracy of 94% was eye-catching, but she was not able to lift her side to victory.
Canada
The Calgary Wild extended their unbeaten run to five games in all competitions with a 2-2 draw against Vancouver Rise. They were on track for all three points before the Rise scored with the last kick of the game. Kahli Johnson started the match and scored the go-ahead goal to make it 2-1 after a fantastic high press.
England

Alanna Kennedy started for London City Lionesses in their 4-0 friendly defeat to sister club Lyon. It’s a final hit-out for the Lionesses ahead of what is set to be a big season in the league.

Newcastle United finished their preparation with a win, with Kaitlyn Torpey starting in the 3-1 triumph over Burnley.
Emily van Egmond and Leah Davidson started for Charlton Athletic in their 3-1 victory over Wolves as The Addicks prepare for their maiden campaign in the top flight to kick off this weekend.
