Canberra United 1 – 3 Melbourne Victory

Melbourne Victory stunned a sold-out McKellar Park crowd to advance to the semi-finals with a 3-1 victory over Canberra United.

Rachel Lowe scored first before an Ella O’Grady brace sealed the result for Melbourne Victory. Canberra gave themselves hope with a goal from Sasha Grove, but Victory effectively stifled the home team in the second half, preventing them from continuing to accumulate chances.

Michelle Heyman started for Canberra but was unable to help haul them over the line.

Brisbane Roar 3 – 0 Adelaide United

Brisbane Roar were comprehensive victors in front of a sold-out Spencer Park crowd, defeating Adelaide United 3-0.

After dominating the first half, a brace after the break from Kijah Stephenson gave them a two-goal buffer they never looked like relinquishing. Aimee Medwin put the cherry on top in the 83rd minute with her third goal in consecutive games.

Chloe Lincoln kept a clean sheet for Brisbane, including making a fantastic save early in the match. Tameka Yallop came off the bench in the second half as she continues to recover from her long-term hamstring injury.
