Westfield Matildas set for pre-season showdown
Westfield Matildas Ellie Carpenter, Kyah Simon and Amy Harrison could make their first official appearances for their new clubs next week.
The trio - along with Mary Fowler - and their clubs are set to participate in a four-team invitational tournament organised by Olympique Lyon.
Held from 12 to 15 August in Lyon, the hosts will take on Simon and Harrison's PSV, Fowler's Montpellier HSC and Italian powerhouse Juventus.

The tournament is part of the French side's preparations for the UEFA Women's Champions League quarter finals.
It also presents the first opportunity for the Westfield Matildas to run out in their European club colours following the last fortnight of hard pre-season conditioning.
