Steph Catley has signed a new contract with Arsenal, that will see the defender stay with the north-London side for the upcoming WSL season.
The defender, who signed for Arsenal in 2020, will now remain in Jonas Eidevall's squad after inking a new deal.
This season saw Catley pick up her first piece of silverware with the Gunners, helping Arsenal claim the Conti Cup with a 3-1 win over Chelsea.

The defender has made 74 appearances for the club across all competitions, scoring three goals in her time with the Gunners.
Catley talked about the contract renewal, “It feels amazing – this feels like home,”
"I’ve never been happier playing football and I feel like this team is very special – we’re building something special and in the future, we’re capable of achieving anything,” Catley told arsenal.com.
“I’ve made some incredible friendships here and when the offer came around I knew exactly what I wanted to do and exactly where I wanted to be."

The defender, despite missing some of the season through injury, played a standout role for Arsenal this season, making 32 appearances and providing four assists and one goal.
Catley's side finished third in the WSL this season, and thus qualified yet again for European football next season.
Arsenal was knocked out of the UEFA Women's Champions League at the semi-final stage, going down 5-4 on aggregate to German side VfL Wolfsburg, a valiant effort given how many players Arsenal has seen sidelined through season-ending injuries.
Head Coach Jonas Eidevall talked about Catley's contract extension, “I’m delighted Steph has signed a new contract with us. Steph is one of the best defenders in the game and brings so much to this group both on and off the pitch."
"She’s a model professional and has delivered time and again when called upon throughout my time here, so we’re all pleased to say Steph will continue to be a part of Arsenal for years to come.”
