The Portland Thorns held on with ten players to a 2-2 draw with Gotham FC. Jessie Fleming gave the Thorns the lead in the second half before Sam Kerr equalised with her first goal in her first start for the club since joining last month. A red card for the Thorns in the 73rd minute led to a tense finish, but Gotham could not find the breakthrough. Mackenzie Arnold started in goal for the Thorns while Sam Kerr played 78 minutes.

Bryleeh Henry was on the scoresheet in a friendly as FC Rosengård defeated Stabæk FC 1-0. Remy Siemsen and Izzy Gomez also started in the match, their final hitout before competitive fixtures resume for them next week.
Amy Sayer, Charli Grant and Courtney Nevin's Malmö FF return to action in the Damallsvenskan tomorrow morning, taking on Vittsjö GIK at 3:00am AEST.
