Hayley Raso has scored in Eintracht Frankfurt’s 8-0 UWCL qualifier win against Omonoia FC, setting up a clash with Malmö FF in the final of the second qualification round.
Elsewhere, Kahli Johnson's Calgary Wild picked up their first win in nearly 300 days, while the pre-season for players at WSL clubs heats up.

UEFA Women’s Champions League
Eintracht Frankfurt comprehensively advanced to the final of the UWCL qualification second round, defeating Omonoia FC 8-0. They dominated the team from Cyprus from start to finish and earned the goals as a result. Hayley Raso picked up a goal and an assist as a key part of the win. She started the match while Jamilla Rankin made her competitive debut for the club in the second half.
Malmö FF also advanced, albeit in trickier circumstances, with a 1-0 victory over Norwegian side Vålerenga. A first-half goal for Alvali Lindstrom was the difference between the two sides. Courtney Nevin and Amy Sayer started and played the full game for Malmö, while Charli Grant was on the bench. Australia U23 representative Hana Lowry started for Vålerenga.
Frankfurt and Malmö will meet in the final of the second round of qualifying on Sunday, 3am AEST. The winner will move onto third round of qualifying, while the loser will participate in the second-tier Europa Cup this season. EintrachtTV+ will be streaming the game.
United States
Gotham FC take on San Diego Wave on Saturday, 10am AEST. A win will keep them top of the table, but it will be no easy feat against the fourth-place Wave. Sam Kerr will be available for Gotham.
Portland Thorns travel to Boston to take on the Legacy on Monday, 6am AEST. Portland are on a run of four games without a win and will look to snap that against Boston. Mackenzie Arnold will be available for the Thorns.

Rosengård FC travel to take on Växjö DFF on Saturday, 3am AEST. It’s a vital game for both sides as they look to escape the relegation zone. Remy Siemsen, Izzy Gomez and Bryleeh Henry will all be available for Rosengård.
Canada
Calgary Wild earned their first win in 293 days, albeit in the W Canadian Championship, defeating CS Mont-Royal Outremont 4-0. Kahli Johnson was a second-half substitute.
England
Pre-season continues for WSL clubs, participating in a number of pre-season friendlies.
Everton travels to take on Newcastle on Saturday, 10pm AEST. Clare Wheeler and Holly McNamara will be available for the Toffees, while Kaitlyn Torpey is expected to take part for the Magpies.
Charlton take on Spanish side Atletico Madrid on Saturday, 2.30am AEST. It’s a chance for new signings Leah Davidson and Emily van Egmond to receive their first minutes, as well as Australian U23 international Grace Johnston.
Chelsea will play an Auckland FC invitational side at Eden Park on Saturday, 2pm AEST. Ellie Carpenter will take the field for the Blues before having the chance to take on an A-League All-Stars side next week in Australia.
Manchester City are training in Italy, and they’ll take on Fiorentina on Sunday, 4am AEST. Mary Fowler will be available.
Tottenham Hotspur are in Spain, where they will take on Granada on Sunday, 7pm AEST. Clare Hunt will be available for Spurs.
Brighton & Hove Albion host PSG on Sunday, 9pm AEST. The club’s Young Player of the Year, Charlie Rule, will be looking to pick up where she left off for the Seagulls.
