The WSL is on pause this weekend as the Women’s FA Cup Semi-Finals take centre stage.

Chelsea takes on Liverpool on Saturday, 9.15pm AEST. Chelsea won three consecutive Cups between 2021 and 2023 before failing to make the final last season. They won’t want to repeat that this time, however, and will be favourites to defeat Liverpool on Saturday. Liverpool, meanwhile, have the opportunity to feature in their first FA Cup final since 1996.

Sam Kerr remains unavailable for Chelsea as she inches closer to a playing return. Teagan Micah will be available between the sticks for Liverpool.

The other semi-final is a derby between Manchester City and Manchester United on Monday, 12am AEST. United have pulled ahead of City on the WSL table and will be looking to add salt into the wound of their rivals by making a second consecutive FA Cup final, and giving themselves a chance to defend their title.

Angel City FC travel to take on the Houston Dash on Sunday, 7am AEST. Angel City are still undefeated after three games but will be challenged by a Dash team that has shown plenty of promise so far. Alanna Kennedy is expected to line up in midfield for Angel City.

North Carolina Courage clash with Gotham FC on Monday, 6am AEST. Both teams are still searching for their first win, but the Courage will take heart from their draws so far. Cortnee Vine will hope to be available for the Courage.
