Gates open at 6pm for the event. Ensure you head to the gate listed on your ticket for a seamless entry into the stadium.  

Check that your tickets are saved to your phone or printed out prior to arriving at the stadium.

If you are looking for a quiet space to relax when attending an event at McDonald Jones Stadium, visit the Sensory Room located at Bay 55 on the Western Level 1 Concourse. If you are unsure where this is, ask one of the friendly staff to point you in the right direction.

👕 Merchandise 👕

Merchandise will be available at the following locations at McDonald Jones Stadium:

  • Container - Western Precinct Car Park (open from 4:30pm)
  • Western Concourse (central opposite staircase) (open from 4:30pm)
  • Eastern Concourse (NE corner) (open from 4:30pm)

Get your hands on some merchandise ahead of the game.

🙌 Fan Zone 🙌

Our fan zone will be located in the Western Precinct, outside the entry gates. There will be a DJ, Face Painter & Merchandise.

👏 Post-Match Celebration 👏

Stick around post-match to celebrate some recent milestones for the team. During the AFC Women's Asian Cup at the start of the year, Emily van Egmond became Australia's most-capped footballer, and we will commemorate this achievement in front of her hometown crowd. 

Alanna Kennedy played her 150th international game against Kenya in April, and will be presented with a gift to honour this milestone. Ellie Carpenter could join the group in post-match celebration, looking to play her 100th game for Australia, currently sitting on 99.

🚌 Free Stadium Shuttle Buses 🚌

Free bus services for this game will run at regular intervals from two hours prior to kick-off from selected bus stops along the route. Return services will run for around half an hour after full-time. Please refer to the timetables for more information.

Return services will run for approximately 30 minutes after full-time.

Stadium shuttle 1 – Newcastle CBDStops at Queens Wharf, King Street at Bolton Street, Civic Park, Market town and Tudor Street at Beaumont Street.
Stadium shuttle 2 – Charlestown/BelmontStops at Charlestown Square and Westfield Kotara. Two services will start from Belmont on the Pacific Highway at Macquarie Street, also stopping on Pacific Highway at Groves Road.
Stadium shuttle 3 – GlendaleStops at Stockland Glendale, Cardiff Station, and Lookout Road at McCaffrey Drive.
Stadium shuttle 4 – WallsendStops at Wallsend Village, Newcastle Road at Blue Gum Road, and Newcastle Road at Dent Street.
Stadium shuttle 5 – MayfieldStops at Wests Mayfield, Mayfield shops, Waratah Station, and Waratah Village.

Parking allocation for the game at McDonald Jones Stadium has been exhausted. Alternative parking is available at the Newcastle Harness Racing Club for $15 per vehicle cash or EFTPOS on arrival. Entry for this parking is via Jackson Street.
