The Final Draw date for the FIFA Women's World Cup Brazil 2027™ has been confirmed, with the draw for the upcoming showpiece tournament being held on Friday, 11 December at Rio’s Museum of Modern Art.

Qualified teams will discover their opponents and route to glory as the tournament preparations reach a major milestone. The draw will determine the groups and competitive pathways for the participating nations, who will begin to visualise their journey towards glory at the first-ever FIFA Women’s World Cup™ to be staged in South America.

Over 1,000 guests are expected to attend the final draw, including delegations from qualified teams and those due to participate in the Play-Off Tournament for the FIFA Women's World Cup Brazil 2027™ in February next year, local authorities and stakeholders, Commercial Partners and members of the media. 

The exact time of the live draw show will be confirmed in due course. Following the draw, FIFA will finalise and publish an updated version of the match schedule, with group-stage fixtures allocated to Host Cities and kick-off times confirmed.

The FIFA Women's World Cup Brazil 2027™ will feature 32 teams competing across 64 matches and eight Host Cities and is expected to become the most-attended edition of FIFA’s flagship women’s competition to date. 

More than 800,000 people have already registered interest in tickets, while over 95,000 have expressed their desire to volunteer, underlining the growing excitement surrounding a historic tournament that will bring the FIFA Women’s World Cup™ to South America for the first time.

It comes after FIFA unveiled the match schedule last Thursday for the FIFA Women's World Cup Brazil 2027™, confirming when and where all 64 fixtures will be played across Brazil’s eight vibrant Host Cities.

The tournament will kick off on Thursday, June 24, 2027, at the Maracanã Stadium in Rio de Janeiro, with the hosts, Brazil, kicking off the tournament.

• Round of 16: Brasília, Porto Alegre, Recife and Salvador.
• Quarter-Finals: Belo Horizonte, Fortaleza, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo.
• Semi-Finals: São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
• Third Place: São Paulo.
• Final: Maracanã Stadium (Rio de Janeiro).
