CommBank Matildas defender Steph Catley has departed camp and is not available for Australia’s match against Haiti.
As part of a managed approach to the October international window, Catley’s involvement was planned in consultation with Arsenal FC, taking into account her recent availability at club level and overall playing load.
The CommBank Matildas conclude the October international window against Haiti this evening at Stade Walter Luzi in Chambly, France. The fixture follows Australia’s 4-2 loss against Germany and provides another valuable opportunity to continue building towards next year’s FIFA Women’s World Cup.
